GoGreen EVs — Mainnet Terms of Service

1. What GoGreen EVs does

GoGreen EVs is a technology service for recording mobility activity, verifying eligible EV taxi journeys, maintaining reward records and providing related application utilities. It is not a taxi, transportation, dispatch, booking, driver, insurer, payment-custody or emergency service.

GoGreen EVs does not provide, control or supervise vehicles, drivers, roads or third-party taxi providers. A provider shown in the app is not an endorsement, guarantee or agency relationship. You arrange every journey independently and remain responsible for choosing the provider, obeying local law, assessing personal safety and paying the provider.

2. Pi Network and third-party services

GoGreen EVs is an independent third-party application and is not operated, sponsored, endorsed or guaranteed by Pi Network or the Pi Core Team. Pi authentication, wallets, blockchain functions and other third-party services are governed by their respective providers and may change or become unavailable independently of GoGreen EVs.

Never give GoGreen EVs a wallet seed phrase, private key or passphrase. GoGreen EVs does not need them.

3. Your account and responsibility

• You are responsible for your account access, device, permissions, connectivity and activity performed through your account.
• You must provide truthful information and evidence and may not impersonate another person or use multiple accounts to obtain duplicate benefits.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GoGreen EVs, Pi and any digital asset is lawful where you are located, including any tax or reporting obligations that apply to you.
• You must not use GoGreen EVs while driving or in any way that distracts a driver or creates a safety risk.

4. GPS, receipts and verification

Ride verification can use GPS points, time, distance, selected country/provider, receipt or other proof, automated receipt-image extraction, consistency checks and anti-abuse signals. Browser, device, operating-system, connectivity and location-service limitations can cause missing or inaccurate GPS points. GoGreen EVs does not promise that every kilometre will be captured or verified.

You may submit ride evidence only when you have the right to provide it. You should avoid uploading unnecessary personal information. Verification is an eligibility determination for GoGreen EVs rewards; it is not a certification of a driver, vehicle, provider, receipt, route, safety, emissions claim or legal compliance.

GoGreen EVs may reject, reduce, reverse, quarantine or review a claim when evidence is incomplete, inconsistent, duplicated, manipulated, ineligible or affected by a technical error. Anti-fraud and integrity controls may not be bypassed.

5. GGT rewards and programme rules

GGT is a GoGreen EVs ecosystem reward and utility record. It is designed for participation and product utility, not as an investment product or promise of profit. A displayed balance does not guarantee monetary or exchange value.

Unless and until a specific utility is actually enabled and its applicable terms are shown in the product, GGT does not create a right to cash, Pi, another asset, a dividend, revenue share, ownership interest, interest, yield or guaranteed redemption. Locked or reserved GGT is subject to the applicable programme rules and is not a promise of future liquidity, listing or value.

Reward rates, boosts, eligibility rules, caps, lock states and programmes may change prospectively. GoGreen EVs may correct ledger or reward errors and reverse rewards obtained through fraud, duplication, manipulation or other ineligible activity. Nothing in the app guarantees that GGT will be listed on any launchpad, exchange, blockchain or third-party service.

6. Mining, referrals and utilities

GoGreen EVs mining is an application reward programme, not proof-of-work cryptocurrency mining and not a financial return. Referral and other reward programmes are governed by the eligibility conditions displayed in the app and may be limited, paused or ended.

Utilities, passes, subscriptions, smart-contract features or other services are governed by the terms shown when they become available. A concept, preview or test feature is not a promise that it will launch on Mainnet.

7. Pi payments and blockchain transactions

If a paid feature is enabled, its price, service and confirmation flow will be shown before you authorize payment. Blockchain transactions and wallet authorizations can be irreversible. You are responsible for checking the amount, network, wallet and transaction before approving it. GoGreen EVs cannot reverse a transaction controlled by a blockchain or third-party wallet.

A failed, duplicate or disputed service delivery will be handled according to the product terms and applicable law. GoGreen EVs does not promise that Pi, GGT or any digital asset will maintain any particular value.

8. Test features and smart contracts

Features expressly marked Testnet, test, beta, experimental or preview may be incomplete, reset, changed or discontinued. Test assets are not Mainnet assets. Smart-contract interactions can involve software, network and protocol risks. Do not treat experimental functionality as a guarantee of future Mainnet functionality.

9. Prohibited use

You may not spoof or replay location; submit another person's or fabricated journey; alter receipts or evidence; automate claims; exploit bugs; interfere with security or availability; probe systems without authorization; abuse referrals; attempt unauthorized access; use the service for unlawful activity; or infringe another person's rights. We may suspend access, preserve relevant records and reverse ineligible rewards when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or programme integrity.

10. No financial, investment, tax or legal advice

Information in GoGreen EVs is for product operation and general information. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold Pi, GGT or any other asset. Make your own decisions and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

11. Service availability and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoGreen EVs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous GPS collection, error-free verification, compatibility with every browser/device, uninterrupted third-party services, or preservation of features that depend on external platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the GoGreen EVs project and its operators, contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of digital-asset value, lost data or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.

GoGreen EVs is not responsible for injury, accident, delay, fare, driver conduct, vehicle condition, provider conduct, road conditions or other events arising from transportation supplied by third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit that limitation, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Claims caused by your misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims resulting from your fraud, unlawful use, infringement of another person's rights, unauthorized evidence uploads, or material breach of these Terms. This does not make you responsible for losses caused by GoGreen EVs where responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

14. Privacy and data

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Location and ride evidence can be sensitive. Review that policy before recording a ride.

15. Changes, suspension and termination

We may modify features and these Terms as the product, law, security requirements or ecosystem rules evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

You may stop using GoGreen EVs at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for security, fraud, legal or material Terms violations. Rights that by their nature should survive termination—including integrity of historical ledger records, disclaimers and lawful limitations—continue to the extent permitted by law.

16. Applicable law

Your use of GoGreen EVs remains subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you. These Terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
